I have more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry with extensive experience in wellness, sports performance, corrective exercise and fitness for women during the the various stages of their lives.

I have been where you are!
  • I had to lose the weight I gained after pregnancy and again as I aged.
  • I spent many years working 24/7 in the corporate world and had to find the time to exercise and the will-power to resist all the "treats" around the office. 
I know that IT CAN BE DONE and I can help you do it!!

I have a bachelors degree from Michigan State University and I continue to research current discoveries in exercise science and nutrition.  I maintain several fitness certifications, including Personal Training, Seniors Training, Group Fitness Instruction, Sports Nutrition, Wellness Coach and I am comprehensively trained in mat and reformer Pilates. I have trained at Bally's, 24 Hour Fitness and Bodies in Motion.  I also help small businesses develop employee wellness programs and I've taught boot camps and fitness classes at the Santa Monica YMCA.
